We're the Only Ones Slammed Enough

Sheriff’s deputy fired after video shows him slamming 11-year-old student to the ground [Video]

He's not been charged with at least assault and battery?  And after over a month, they still refuse to tell the public that pays them his name?

Criminally charged and fired.
Although it looks like a clear cut case of felony child abuse, or felony aggravated assault, DA claims that under state law it's the results that count, not the intent/actions, and it's not a felony unless serious damage is done.

How much you want to bet if somebody the size of Shaq did the same to the deputy, the DA would be filing felonious assault of LEO charges immediately?

This Deputy has been charged with how many felonies? He sits in Jail now, does he? His bond is so outrageously high he cannot possibly make bail? Yeah? Right?

The Vast Majority strikes again.
