Anybody see anything about that which the Founders deemed "necessary to the security of a free State," or has new management decided that's "non-essential"?

Note that one of these “critical functions” is holding elections. Thank you, Ohio Governor Pussy.

(I respect your desire not to expose yourself given that your health was already compromised, but it’s the state’s responsibility to replace you. Countries have managed to find ways to hold elections in literal war zones. Are elections in Venezuela, South Africa, or India only held when they are “safe” for voters?)
