Going Ahead with It, Of Course

1. Pasteurized processed cheese-style food -> may not kill you if you eat it. At least not right away.

2. Artificially flavored juice-style beverage -> similar to example #1 above.

3. Semi-automatic military-styled assault weapon -> ???? defining this one is a lot like nailing jelly to a tree. Just ask California. They're on their fourth or fifth try at coming up with a definition that works. Like Dirty Harry, "... in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself."
