We already have a perfectly good justice system to handle allegations of sexual assault, which are after all crimes. The standard justice system already has all these safeguards, and experienced people to administer them. Why does every school need to run a "separate but equal" parallel system? What next, every school gets to maintain its own jail and prison facilities?
