"Public utility" San Diego Gas & Electric needs to be forced to heel on this.
I also don't care if the truck driver was "Mexican American and says he comes from a diverse family of all races." What is allowing things from one ethnic group while denying it to people of another but "systemic racism"?
And I still don't have an answer...
