Raising the Roof

Roof Koreans: How Civilians Defended Koreatown from Racist Violence During the 1992 LA Riots [More]
Yeah, well, lest we get too excited over shared interests:
Koreatown lies within Los Angeles City Council District 10 and is represented on the city council by Herb J. Wesson, Jr. The area is represented by Mark Ridley-Thomas, Supervisor of District 2 for Los Angeles County. Mike Davis is the State Assemblyman for the Koreatown area. Jimmy Gomez of California's 34th congressional district represents the area in the United States House of Representatives.
This is what I meant by "evidence."

If they had the whole district to themselves, this would be strong evidence. But from evidence on the following webpage (including the top photo, which is a shining exemplar of Democrat diversity), I would expect that their votes probably don't count much either way. Note that In addition to Koreatown, the district also includes "Little Ethiopia" among something like 40 other neighborhoods.

Overall, Korean Americans are overwhelmingly Dems.
