Don't Assume Good News

The trespassing charges are being reviewed by the City Counselor’s office. The office is currently looking at videos of the protest. Deputy City Counselor Mike Garvin tells the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that they want “to see where the accused trespassers were at the time.” [More]

My guess is they're probing claims by the defense for vulnerability.

If they're going to charge the McCloskeys with "waving guns" at protestors in front of their house, it would stand to reason that the protesters were in front of McCloskey's house, right? But the law is an ass, and Gardner and Garvin are half-assed.
