Knowing how a judge thinks, what they will agree with, and what will trigger them, is key to wording a winning argument.

I'm not sure what could be done to offset the advantage that connection and access privilege affords, but there's no question that equality under the law is affected. Unfortunately, or more like it, outrageously, we can't trust the DSM to be watchdogs to keep an eye on potential conflicts unless it is against "conservatives."
