It's not in me to hate on UPS because they were no match for the Briggs & Phelps squad. Is Carlson trying to bait out a mole on his own team, perhaps? Multiple packages, see which one gets hit?
I actually wonder why they played it on the cheap and didn't have a courier. It's not like they don't have the resources.
Then again, depending on how damning the evidence is, that could be a dangerous assignment. I'd sure treat it as such.
