The left is simply not trainable. In mathematics there is a concept of "countably infinite". Think "grains of sand on a beach." That's just about how many times it has been pointed out to them that the purpose of the First Amendment's freedom of speech provision is not to protect popular speech. Popular speech needs little protection and certainly not protection that rises to being included in the supreme law of the land.
OTOH, the First Amendment's freedom of speech clause is there to protect that fool's right to show the world just how far off base his thinking is.
