What's the problem? Sounds like an excellent description of Antifa to me. Except for omitting the bipolar white chicks.
Many BLM "demonstrators" demonstrate peacefully, while a subset of blacks use them as cover for looting.
The real terrorism comes from their white "allies" in Antifa, who use them as cover for violence and destruction.
