And no one reported this gun-grabbing hypocrite to ATF? Or more like they know but have been instructed to look the other way?
How about everybody else getting the same "courtesy"?

As Florida Commissioner of Agriculture, Nikki Fried heads the government agency that issues Florida Concealed Weapons Permits.
Florida does not require possession of a CWP for possession of a firearm in your home or sales of firearms from those other than holders of a Federal FFL, so there would be no BATFE involvement in the transaction.
Besides, when I read the Second Amendment, I do not see a clause that states "except those who use [insert substance of choice here]".
Possession is enough, as in the case of the politically unconnected "Isca Johnson, 24 of Covington, Tennessee ... sentenced to 21 months in federal prison for being an unlawful drug user in possession of a firearm."
