Assuming I disregard Joe's advice about firing a shotgun blast, I have two options, the first being to demand the "advisor's" qualifications to offer medical advice and then check into the feasibility of filing a complaint for practicing medicine without a license, or don't open the door and just keep responding "Dave's not here!"
