Intent is irrelevant in a case of Involuntary Manslaughter. All that matters is what actions Baldwin took. This is about as clear a case of Involuntarily Manslaughter as could possibly exist. If Baldwin isn't charged an tried it will be proof beyond debate that rule of law is dead in America.
