My wife's co-worker took a call on speaker from his step daughter. She said she was being pulled over by a cop and wanted to know which of her fake IDs she should give to the cop.
And that pretty much sums it up. Life is about making good choices and bad choices and about knowing the difference.
You learn that stuff from your parents. But if you only have one, or maybe none? What if the parent(s) you have never learned either? Not everyone grows up as a Cleaver or a Huxtable.
So this kid is selling "ghost guns" to a couple of his "associates" who decide to steal rather than pay. So he whips out another "ghost gun" and attempts to shoot his fleeing "customers" and kills his sister in the process.
Could happen to anybody, right? Or not.
How many bad choices can you identify in that scenario.
