Well, Biden did say it himself. A black person who doesn't vote Democrat, "ain't black, man."
I do not recall this, but it doesn't surprise me any. I did see what Joe & Co. did to Clarence Thomas who is still vilified by the Left. But hey we're the "white supremacists."
