Will the robed saboteur be punished, starting with impeachment, disbarment, and denial of rights under color of authority?

You say "bench nullification" like it's an unusual thing. Everybody in the process has "discretion" not to press -- the cops, the prosecutors, and the judges -- and they use it all the time. It's only when jurors use their discretion to acquit that The Man gets his panties in a twist. But that's precisely what juries are for in the first place.
