Well, there are "hookers" inside...
This isn't the first time the mayor has channeled Biden, and what that does is leave him vulnerable to political ridicule by the likes of the wife of this grinning stooge, drive away residents from openly supporting him, and further open the town up to a complete "Hudson BLM" takeover.
As an aside, the park itself is pretty nice-- my wife and I include a trail walk around the lake among the many that we choose during the good months -- you get some good uphill incline stretches for cardio, and most of it is in the shade so it's doable in summer temps. Plus it's pretty.
As far as winter fishing shanties on that lake, the only reason I'd be in favor of outlawing them would be to see Hudson "Only Ones" responding to a scofflaw and having their combined weight break through, resulting in an Ice Capades clown show. The only thing that would add to the hilarity would be if their intervention drowned a prostitute.
