In case you haven't been following this issue - the ATF is now rejecting ALL Form 1 silencer applications unless you supply them with a schematic and photos of the materials you plan to use to build the silencer you are not yet approved to build.An actual response. Lol. [More]

We live in bizarro world.
Will atf now outlaw unlicensed and taxes paid possession of machine tools, drills and other metal shaping tools, bar and round metal stock, metal pipe, tubing and conduit ad infinitum? Do I now need atf permission to buy an oil filter at NAPA?'s
Would like to believe that this has put atf in 'game over' situation but fear that it has put we the sheeple in tighter restraints than before.
No CONgress critter has balls enough to file bill to terminate atf with extreme prejudice. Our 'staunchest' CONservatives happily hid behind atf's regulatory invincibility.
And that includes the patch from TX 2.
We're already a year beyond Minority Report.
