It was their informant, Dan Day, who after infiltrating their militia, repeatedly urged the defendants not to let down the “cause” by backing out. Some criminals in the Richmond, Virginia area are eligible for a writing class at Virginia Commonwealth University that seeks to deter crime and put low-level offenders on the right path. They write a few essays and avoid jail time. We're the Only Ones Permitted Enough

Former NYPD Sgt. The Deschutes County sheriff would decide whether any local, state or federal gun law is unconstitutional under the measure’s broader interpretations of those rights. The local CA26 representative does not need to worry about the gun owners in her district because she is insulated by having a large population of illegals who vote to preserve their state and local benefits and to avoid deportation. [More]
Absolutely and without a doubt.

Questions for Trump Administration’s Bump Stock Prohibitionists Remain Unanswered

Before we allow the government to start apportioning blame, imposing new restrictions, coercing the relinquishment of private property and creating new felony charges with which to ensnare heretofore law-abiding gun owners, don’t we deserve to know the documented scope of the threat so that an appropriate level of response, if any, can be determined? [More]
See the new (and withheld from public distribution) Congressional Research Service report, and exclusively-reported ATF and FBI responses to a Freedom of Information Act request.
