Wyoming Sues BATFU

A federal agency is balking at a Wyoming law that allows people convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence to regain their right to own guns simply because the agency wants to take guns away from as many people as possible, a state lawyer told a federal judge Friday.

You can read about what some victims did to "earn" a lifetime federal ban here (along with a tale about an anti-gun celebrity who has inexplicably managed to avoid becoming firearms-disabled).

I've said it before, and I'll keep repeating myself:

If you can't be trusted with a gun, you can't be trusted without a custodian.

Guys (gals, too)! Go to Cowboy Blob's website! He's got a picture of an ATF agent at a range that you will NOT believe!!

This has GOT to be one of the best for your "Only Ones' file, David!

Yeah, that picture's been around for awhile. I don't know how to tell if it's real or staged though...

Sue them in court, my ass. If the BATF***Everybody, arrests or detains anyone that satisfies Wyoming's laws as to gun ownership, the local sheriff can arrest them for kidnap, unlawful detention and violation of civil rights under color of uniform.

Arrest the bastards, jail them, no bail for kidnap. Let the BATF***Everybody sonsabitches go to trial on those charges and should any supervisors enter or remain in the jurisdiction arrest them for conspiracy to commit the above crimes. The law is in place to rein in these bastards, suing them in their own court is just stupidly asking them for their permission to thwart them. How damn dumb is that?

We do not need a court decision to allow us to enforce the law. Especially not when the only objection to law enforcement is based on just who does it.

that should read " based on who violates it."

Is it real, or photoshopped? If it's not photoshopped, whether it was an accident or staged, that ATF agent was as dumb as a box of rocks, and STILL proves that the BATFEces cannot be trusted with guns!

My point, RJ, is not that it was Photoshopped, but that ANYONE can wear an ATF cap. I have one myself, given to me as a gag.
