And cheerfully, all our medical info is also being put on a national database probably accessible to anyone except us. This settles it: we are certifiable.

How about NOTHING.
PERMIT? what happened to a RIGHT? Glad the overlords make it easier for the criminals. maybe this is what they mean when they say "create jobs" they failed teaching most people in public schools, now they give out info, pass tons of laws then hire those who want to bust some heads as cops, security guards, prison guards, construction for new prisons....
