A police captain has been arrested for the second time in just over two months on charges of assaulting a 32-year-old woman with whom he had a relationship, the police said.Too bad this one was too late for the "Love 'Only Ones' Style" festival.
It's a good thing she didn't lift a finger against him.

How the Hell could he be a police captain? Shouldn't he have been disarmed under Lautenberg after the first time?
Sort of tells us what they think of the citizens, doesn't it. Of course, they did that when they tried to pass it with an exemption for police and military.
taking away his rights instead of the 30 day suspension? Nah! That would have been cruel and unusual punishment.
Good to see that an "only one" was out recruiting more "only ones" at a college program...I feel safer already.
