Are they looking to lose yet another lawsuit by defenders of gun rights?
California law disallows anyone but the state from making firearms laws. All valid California gun laws are STATE laws. SF doesn't trump anything as much as they trumpet and the ACLU is getting weirdly gun friendly of late...should be interesting.
