A Chicago Police officer has been cleared of charges he operated a gambling parlor but was fired for keeping an unregistered gun in his police locker.No doubt Chicago authorities would dismiss criminal charges against a non-"Only One" with an unregistered handgun, too.

That unregistered gun is for when he makes a "boo boo" (shooting a guy holding a wallet). He can throw it down next to his "boo boo" and say "see, I ain't dun nuffin wrong".
No they would call a citizen who did the same thing a dangerous criminal and charge him to the fullest extent of the law.
