In the case of U.S. v. Hollis Wayne Fincher, there are many things that have occurred which cause one to seriously reevaluate the idea that we actually have a justice system. We have a legal system, not a justicesystem. We haven't had a justice system for years.
Most, if not all, of the current "legal" system is completely illegal, if the constitution means anything at all.
