When one's essential rights hang in the balance subject to a data entry mis-key or computer microprocessor failure, one essentially has no rights.
Accept the gift gun and zip the lips. Argh. How many more examples are needed of "No good deed goes unpunished"? Philadelphia residents with Florida nonresident CCW permits are being arrested and their guns confiscated despite the reciprocity agreement. Florida's hoops aren't small and high enough for Filthadelphia police.
I believe they'll convince many people they're not paranoid ENOUGH, before long.
