Good thing terrorists would NEVER consort with criminals to obtain guns illegally. That would be ... illegal.
Let's see. A million "terrorists" on the list. 300 million guns in the United States. Domestic terrorist incidents can be counted on one hand with fingers left over -- except for those done by government employees.
Maybe they're only "insurgents" and haven't graduated to actual terror yet.
No, it sounds like someone's trying to justify a big budget and yet another federal job that should not exist.
