That's all it takes. And if they happen to get spooked and squeeze a few into him and it turns out he was unarmed, that's when department protocol kicks in.

They should all be glad that they did not have to give up their 2nd Amendment rights like Disney employees who are prohibited from keeping weapons locked in their vehicles on Disney property unlike other Floridians.
