The Secret Formula
There isn't one. The best prescription is well established, but you can't force people to take it. Sometimes, they just need to get desperate before they realize they should have taken better care of themselves back when they could. How right you are, and here I am at 66 hoping it doesn't come soon and at some point wishing it would. I believe I can still hold a good position or show some youngster how, by example. Jesus, how much we grow in our on minds as the years pass us by.
