Commendable work on exposing the travesty of justice being perpetrated against this family, David.
Rather than a "retrial" - since there is zero evidence of actual wrong doing - these people should obviously have been set free, their property restored in full, and their names cleared.
In addition, ALL of those involved in this horsepucky conspiracy and railroading should immediately be arrested and tried for their crimes. Those convicted should, naturally, be forced to compensate these actual victims of their crimes for costs, time and business lost, etc. No compensation is possible for the pain and suffering they've endured.
That's the only thing that makes any sense at all.
Of course we know none of that's ever going to happen...
