This is a photo of Jim McNeil and X-Games rider after an accident.
Comment submitted under a different post-- it reads like it belongs here instead:

I saw this same photo on my FB feed and forwarded it to Jim Hoft (Gateway Pundit) who lives in St. Louis and has been all over this story. He is certain it is not Darren Wilson. Also note it's the right side of this guy's face that's injured - not what you'd expect if he was in the driver's seat and rolled down his window.
I'm the guilty party who forwarded this one to David without an easy "fact check" and sincerely apologize to everyone here.

The original simply says "this is what a broken eye socket looks like." I see no claim that this was officer Wilson. This was more a matter of reading comprehension.
The photo at the url this blog links to has a caption that reads:
Officer Darren Wilson of the Ferguson MO Police Department
Why aren’t the media releasing the photos of Police Officer Darren Wilson’s injuries after he was assaulted by “the unarmed black teenager”?
He was punched in the face before he emptied his weapon into the drugged “unarmed teenager”—-here is what a broken eye socket looks like:
If you support someone regardless of their actions before the facts are reviewed just because of their skin color you’re more racist than you could ever paint this man who acted in self defense.
