Trump on Immigration

I haven't had time to read down to the details on this, nor to discuss it with some key colleagues, but on the surface it looks like it's ahead of anything any other candidates are proposing. [More]

I'm withholding comment pending doing that, which may take a few days, as I am swamped with other pressing areas that need my attention.

David,
This is Noell Reed, a member from Arizona, retired and currently living in Thailand. I am an electronic engineer in the microwave radio telecommunications field, and I have personally seen that companies are currently pretty much only recruiting from foreign countries to keep costs down. I think this is a problem for the country, and plays right into obamas hands trying to control everything. Naturally obamas government is approving all the work permits for foreign nationals these companies want, and it is I suspect a problem for several reasons. An engineer setting up digital network equipment could set up back doors for people that the US would not want to have access to sensitive telecommunications equipment. Network equipment can be accessed by internet pretty much everywhere now, so this means that it can be interefered with from China, or Saudi Arabia or Iran etc. This access could disable telecoms access when it is needed if there was a problem. Donald Trump is now wanting to remove foreigners from sensitive access and I totally agree with this. There is a huge group of muslims in this area industry wide and the potential for serious problems in the event of Obama being a closet muslim should be at the top of the list in my opinion. Naturally, they always list cost for doing this, but it is destroying our engineer groups, and their right to employment as well. There is not a problem getting engineers at all, but you would never know that to listen to large companies trying to get foreigners into the US on work visa. I should mention that I worked in the middle east about 6 years and I do not trust them. Donald Trump has hit on a real sore spot about this problem, and he is absolutely correct.
The big US companies do not seem to have a problem with this, but I can tell you it sure as hell is a problem that just has not surfaced for us yet. It will surface, and then it will be a huge problem as passwords will bring everything to a halt if some of these guys have ulterior motives. This could bring all our communications to a grinding halt. It will not be fixed by garden variety hackers either.
Oath keepers should be thinking about this before we are caught in a bad situation. Not only should passwords be kept under proper control, but the keepers should be Oathkeepers as well. The keepers of the keys should not only be members, but should be keepers of master passwords to prevent mischief. A couple of unknown passwords could literally shut down coast to coast communications as well as international communications. This could be good or bad depending on who had what passwords. Communications goes thru many digital portals today and many companies. Someone should be looking at this aspect and considering what to do in the event of bad guys shutting down the pipelines using passwords under conditions to cause problems. An amateur radio network ready to come to life to bypass the UN or commercial networks would seem to be a requirement of the most urgent first order to a prudent society desiring to remain free.
Another problem area could be UN control. I view this as a problem area because it appears that Obama would like to let the UN take control of our country and its gun laws via treaty agreement, which is something I do not agree with at all given what appears to be an aim to remove our rights to the 2nd amendment to the US Constitution.. This should be looked at and assurance that this is not possible obtained. I personally view the UN as something that should be removed from the USA and the USA should be removed from membership. The UN seems to be well controlled by middle east dictator run countries and this worries me.
