Hearing "Thanks for having me on" at the very start of this clip set the tone, at least for me. Like the guy has a choice?
I see the expected apologia for the Cornyn bill, which at this writing has still not been posted online, addressing what he calls "misinformation," while totally ignoring some key questions we really deserve answers to if we're expected to climb on board. Instead, we get competing rice bowl accusations instead of guarantees that the term "adjudication" they're throwing around provides equivalent protections to a jury trial, rather than just a rubber stamp from the bench.
