A Town Leader

Town leader calls cops on veteran-owned business because of this shirt design [More]
As for how the fair president could legally kick the vendor out, I did find this:
These individuals provide 100% of the management and operation of the Chester Fair, and the maintenance and improvements of their 17-acre fairgrounds.
Anybody know if they actually own the property?

As an ashamed resident of Kommiecticut this story doesn't shock me that it originated here. What did shock me was he was only asked to leave, not arrested and the "Red Flagged"

This indicates that the Chester Agricultural and Mechanical Society owns the land:

In 1999, the town of Chester did not own the land, but was interested in acquiring it to preserve open space:
