They need these in populated areas, particularly in suburban areas like this one.

I've seen speculation that a well-founded fear of targeted vandalism and violence is a reason why we're not seeing a lot of Trump signs so far, and that makes sense. It's not even like if you caught them in the act you'd dare do what needs to be done. The plus side to that is, as resentment builds, so does the desire to stick it to 'em at the polls.
