See, presenting them as "racial justice protestors" injects editorializing into what is being presented as "news."
Let's hope the businesses don't become targets for revenge violence, or if they do, no one gets seriously hurt but the intimidation is enough to have the feds show they're serious about protecting federal court proceedings.
