I'm wondering about the feasibility of a bill that any bank doing business with tech companies that discriminate against lawful enterprise or speech becomes ineligible for federal bailouts...?
Not that it would be thinkable without Republican majorities, and even then they'd chicken out...

A bill? A properly enacted law? Since all of our rulers are beholden to the targets of such a law chances of introduction are about 1% and chances of passage are somewhere less than zero.
