You left out grifting, she was doing this independently with her own fundraising effort.
I've also see allegations Trump raised $250 million if I remember correctly after the election, to no apparent good use, certainly no sign anything close to that was spent contesting the election. There's also a story floating around claiming Jared Kushner used cutouts to skim off half a billion before the election, but besides one of those claimed cutouts obviously personally skimming off money and getting sacked, and constant claims from the campaign it was out of money, we don't actually know what happened with that chunk.
Not that any of this makes much of a difference except for opportunity cost, with an infinite margin of cheating and the entire establishment determined to get rid of this turbulent President in lawful ways or not.
