1. Real science is in a continual state of change. In the real world there is no such thing as "settled science." That is a political term like "high powered, military styled, assault weapon", or "partial birth abortion."
2. We've never stopped squabbling about politics so there's no reason to expect we will at any time in the future. OTOH, it might be difficult to find another example of a pandemic weaponized for political purposes.
3. "Global Equity" is a term used by third world shysters, such as the current head of WHO, that means "get the USA to pay for it all."

As a comedian pointed out a while ago (I don't have a name or link, or I'd give proper attribution), Pfizer is recommending a third dose of the COVID vaccine, after undertaking a thorough, scientific examination of its bank account balance.
