The breathalyzer should have ended it then and there. It didn't and Dallas "Only Ones" are still making CYA excuses despite admitting the test was administered improperly. Meanwhile, the media is emphasizing erratic driving as justifiable cause, but that's not why she was arrested and jailed.
So... anybody know if Eddie Garcia is a Democrat...?
