Ain't nothin'. It is just the way that Democrats run their jurisdictions. Pay to Play or Pay to Survive. If you don't pay the Democratic gatekeeper, you will pay on the street to those "other" Democrats. Save the pain and hospital bills: Give it Up! to the Democrat in the office.
