It's almost halftime at the legislature and the clock is ticking. Bills that have passed out of the House or Senate are on their way to the other chamber. Those that haven't made it through the gauntlet of committee hearings to which they were assigned are now dead. In between are a few that are being held on either the House or Senate calendars--they need to move soon or they will also be dead for this session. Here's where things stand. [More]
