William "Bill" Schinstine, 51, faces 195 felony charges of computer access without authority and 195 misdemeanor charges of misuse of confidential information for using state databases to research vehicles to be repossessed by Susan Schinstine's repossession service, the Okaloosa Sheriff's Office said.
