You know, someone who doesn't consider this a game at all.
Someone who looks at a ridiculous statement like this...
The stakes are high - nothing less than the ultimate survival of American freedom is at stake....and realizes they don't have a clue if they seriously think this will be over once pawns like themselves have been removed from the board.

I've been watching for some years. Either Cox doesn't know how to play, or he's not playing to win for us.
I also find it amusing and revealing that they liken the NRA's "game" to 3D Chess, as if it's something too demanding and complicated for us little people to understand. I learned and played 3D Chess as a preteen.
"Chris Cox and his staff have but one loyalty and that is to protect and defend the rights of law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms, and to position NRA so as to be an effective advocate for firearms freedom in America."

Minnesota would not have had shall-issue carry, had it not been for the NRA's ability to finesse backroom political deals.
There's more to getting things done than sending emails and standing on the street corner waving flags.

Lessee if I can get this straight. They were not going to support it until they were exempted so they don't need to oppose it because they won't actively support it.

As I said in a response to both Cox and Keene at the NRA, their "rationale" is BS. It's the same losing tactic that the Native American Tribes used and got conquered with. They were all "single-issue" tribes and would not band together to fight a common enemy. Make your own mind up by looking at their position in society today.
