Yeah, he's already suggested boxing matches and demanded more infringements that will only impact you. What more do you want from the guy?

How anyone could suspect a "leadership" problem is beyond me.

How 'bout this?

1. Lock the bad people up. (They're already known to the "system.")

2. Keep them locked up until sure they're no longer bad people.

As for the "icky part" i.e. how does one know they're no longer bad? Well, they proved by their actions that they were bad. Wait until their actions prove that's no longer the case.
