So much wrong with this that's it's hard to get started. So I will confine my remarks to the following: Melting pot, lead, moulds. These things have existed since the 1500s. They will continue to exist and be used.

Nah, that NY bueelt registry still tops HI. Note that there's no law enforcement exemption for possession of uncoded ammo.
