Does the Canadian Quality of Life measurement include months-long waits to see a medical specialist or get an MRI that could be scheduled a couple of days in advance here? I also wonder if the Swedish quality of life includes the "migrants" who, among other things, receive better dental benefits than ethnically Swedish retirees who have spent their lives paying into the social welfare system?

Statistically, improving quality of life requires only hastening death for the problematic. Therein lies the problem.
