There are already laws to make assault, attempted murder and murder felonius crimes. We do not need further laws.

Crimes of violence are already on the books, the system needs to enforce them.
Capital punishment should be reinstated. Public hangings do indeed serve as a deterrence.
A very NSFW joke from my middle school days, that won't be repeated here, finishes up with the punch line:

Trump doesn't need to pull away all of the soccer mom vote, or all of the Hispanic vote, or even all of the Black Trans vote (I had no idea that was even a thing till I saw it mentioned in a poll online).
He just has to pull enough votes away from Biden to win.
Given that the low life main streamers seem to think the race is "getting closer", and a recent poll found that some 20% of conservatives, 10% of independents, and even 5% of liberals either have or would lie to a pollster, I believe that Trump may actually be ahead by mid to upper single digits.
But we probably won't know that until early next year, if ever.
