Mr. Youngkin will prove to be the gift that keeps on giving, in ways that will enrage 'conservatives' and comfort the authoritarians.
But he sure did run a 'not conservative', not 'confrontational' campaign to convince enough voters that he was 'different' and 'on their side'.
